CONDITIONS of RESERVATION and CANCELLATION

The reservation contract, is actualised with the acceptance by the customer to the proposal or by the hotelier reply, and the transfer of the deposit, if any, in accordance with the conditions agreed. The only requirement about availability is not binding and does not act as a contract neither for the client nor for Hotel Conca Verde. Upon completion of the reservation, the customer approves and accepts the terms and conditions of booking, cancellation and data handling (privacy) by this site provided and governed.

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE

Please remember that check-in is from 14 to 23.00. Later than 23.00 you must notify the hotel in advance in order to plan for a late arrival and for a extra fee of € 20.00. In the absence of previously made agreements after 24.00 the reservation will be considered a "no-show"
The room must be vacated by the client no later than 10:00 am. For stay requiring the availability of the room before the scheduled day of arrival or beyond the expected time on the day of departure, the structure may require an additional payment.

NUMBER OF PEOPLE

In no case is allowed lodgement to people exceeding the number specified at the time of booking, unless previously agreed. For such a case, in fact, there is a price increase.
The management reserves the right to refuse entry to the accommodation if this condition is not met.

CANCELLATIONS

For bookings with a duration of at least 1 week the following cancellation policy will be applied:
- Cancellations up to 15 calendar days from the date of arrival: no penalty.
- From 14 days to 3 days: penalty consisting in 30% of the services booked with a minimum of 1 night
- Cancellations in the last 3 days or no show: penalty of 100% of the services booked.
- Early departure: 100% charge of the booked services, the deposit will be deducted from the actual nights but is not refundable and can not be scaled from the account of extras and is without prejudice to the case of greater damage

For standard & intermediate reservations will applied the following cancellation policy:
- No penalty for cancellations within 24 hours before the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed in the terms of booking and confirmation.
- In case of late cancellation or no show, you will be charged the cost of one night.
- Hotel Conca Verde could observe periods of closure.

EXTRAS and REDUCTIONS

Children under two years stay free when sharing bed with parents,
the request for a cot Baby has the additional cost of € 10,00.
For children aged 3 to 12, it is necessary to advise the hotel in order to get the triple room with double bed and single bed. The additional cost for the third bed consist in € 25,00 per day, breakfast included.
Small pets are allowed  and a flat fee of € 10.00 is required at the end of the stay for the extra cleaning of the room.
Pets can not stay alone in the room and must be on a leash in the common spaces during your stay. In any case the hotel must be advised at the time of booking

PAYMENTS and PRICES

All prices are in Euros; exchange fees and change in the price of products or services perceived by customers using foreign currencies due to fluctuations in the exchange rate will be endured by the customer. We reserve the right to increase or decrease the rates at any time, in compliance with the regulatory framework. The price of your stay will still be defined and confirmed at the time of your reservation.
The rate confirmed will not be including any local taxes introduced by the 2007 Finance Act, which, if any, will be charged separately

JURISDICTION

For whatever controversy which might arise relating to interpretation, execution and / or termination of the booking contract to which these conditions are applied and for which is part Hotel Conca Verde, will be competent the court of Brescia.

GIFT BOXES

The Management of the Hotel will be able to provide the arranged services only after presentation of the Original Gift Box. In case of non-delivery, theft, loss or destruction of the casket the right to use the service will be forfeited. The quota of rooms reserved at the Hotel Conca Verde for the Gift Voucher is subject to availability, so it is advisable to book well in advance, especially during high season.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Please read carefully all conditions and cancellation policies

In order to book the voucher is necessary and binding to send all required codes and have confirmation from the Hotel. Changes and / or cancellation to reservation and specific conditions must be checked and agreed by the Management of the Hotel, as the payment of benefits is subject to specific conditions. The verification of these conditions is the customer's responsibility and must be made when booking the service. The Hotel Management accepts no responsibility for the failure to verify such conditions by the customer.

Customers benefiting from prepaid vouchers are kindly advised to carefully check the fruition of the individual stay: Where it is mentioned a two-course dinner it consists of a first course and a main dish of the house. Will possible eventually to consolidate the dinner with other paid dishes from the menu.

CANCELLATION OF BOOKED VOUCHER

Up to fifteen days prior to arrival: the gift certificate will be in stand by and deemed as valid for another stay at our hotel. Within fifteen days before the arrival changes are not accepted, in the absence of submission in the specified date it will be treated as collected with consequent total loss of the booked voucher (due to no show).

VOID PERIODS

The gift boxes can not be used in the following periods: Easter holidays; 1 to 20 August; Christmas holidays; New Year; Epiphany, Valentine. For customers who wish to use gift certificates on the mentioned periods, because are subject to higher tariffs it will be requested the integration of the total cost for the stay, after checking the availability.
