From Tom Thumb to Little Red Riding Hood to Snow White, it sometimes takes on dangerous forms, with dense vegetation and difficult paths. But the fairy tale characters always manage to come out unscathed because, in reality, it is a magical and positive place.

Those who venture up to the area called “Göi de la Tromba – Polset,” just outside the village, along the road from Zone leading to the summit of Monte Guglielmo, are greeted by fantastic emotions as they encounter a series of creatures mostly straight out of a fairy tale.

An army of sentinels mostly made up of loving gnomes, robust mothers, patriarchs, and large matrons, but also bears, wolves, rabbits, frogs, foxes, cats, and even Pinocchio—many wonderful and fantastic characters acting as guardians of the magical forest.

Admiring the marvelous illustrated story, everyone can let their imagination run free and create their own fairy tale. Then, even the climb doesn’t feel tiring anymore, neither for adults nor for children, and perhaps you might even encounter a little squirrel hopping stealthily here and there before quickly disappearing among the tree branches.
