We will pamper you with our dishes: typical casoncelli (stuffed pasta), tagliatelle with wild boar ragù, risottos, venison chops with Franciacorta red wine, sliced beef, polenta and mushrooms, roasts, and more.

Every dish can be paired with a selection of wines from all Italian regions, with particular focus on our nearby Franciacorta area.
In line with our philosophy, we do not focus exclusively on the best-known classics, but also present winemakers known to only a few.

At the Antica Valeriana Restaurant pizzeria, the protagonist, alongside traditional pizza, is our “scrocchiarella”: a Roman-style dough with high hydration and unique crispness. Topped with quality ingredients and perfectly baked, it is ideal to enjoy with company or comfortably at home, also as takeaway. A different pizza… that leaves its mark!
