BOOKING AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
The booking contract is concluded when the Customer accepts the proposal or response from the hotelier and sends the deposit, if required, within the specified terms. Simply requesting availability is not binding and does not constitute a contract either for the Customer or for Hotel Conca Verde. By completing the booking, the Customer approves and accepts the general booking, cancellation, and data processing (privacy) conditions outlined on this website.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
We remind you that check-in is from 14:00 to 23:00. After 23:00, the hotel must be notified in advance to request late-night check-in for an extra charge of €20.00. Without prior arrangements, any check-in after midnight will be considered a “No-Show.”
The room must be vacated by the customer no later than 10:00. If the room is requested earlier than the scheduled check-in time on the arrival day or later than the scheduled check-out time on the departure day, the hotel may require an additional payment.
NUMBER OF PEOPLE
Under no circumstances is it permitted to accommodate more people than those specified at the time of booking, unless previously agreed. In such cases, an additional charge will apply.
The hotel management reserves the right to refuse access to the accommodation if this condition is not observed.
CANCELLATIONS
For bookings with a duration of at least one week, the following cancellation conditions apply:
– Cancellations up to 15 calendar days before the arrival date: no penalty.
– From 14 days to 3 days: penalty of 30% of the services booked, with a minimum of 1 night.
– Cancellations within the last 3 days or no-show: penalty of 100% of the services booked.
– Early departure: 100% charge for the booked services. The deposit will be deducted from the actual nights stayed but will not be refundable and cannot be applied to any extras. The hotel reserves the right to charge for any greater damages.
For standard and intermediate bookings, the following cancellation conditions apply:
– No penalty for cancellations communicated 24 hours before the arrival date, unless different conditions were agreed upon during booking and confirmation.
– In case of delayed cancellation or no-show, one night’s cost will be charged.
– Hotel Conca Verde may observe certain periods of closure.
SUPPLEMENTS AND DISCOUNTS
Children up to two years old stay for free when sharing a bed with parents. The request for a baby crib incurs an additional charge of €10.00.
For children aged 3 to 12 years, the hotel must be notified to arrange a triple room with a double bed and a single bed. The supplementary cost for the third bed is €25.00 per day, including breakfast.
Small pets are allowed and a flat supplementary charge of €10.00 will be applied at the end of the stay for the cleaning of the room.
Pets cannot be left alone in the room and must remain on a leash in the common areas during the stay. In any case, the hotel must be informed at the time of booking.
PAYMENTS AND PRICES
Prices are in Euros. Exchange fees and price fluctuations for products or services paid in a currency other than Euros are the responsibility of the customer. The hotel reserves the right to increase or decrease prices at any time in compliance with the legal framework. The price of your stay will be confirmed at the time of booking.
The confirmed rate does not include any local tourist taxes introduced by the 2007 Finance Law, which, if applicable, will be charged separately.
JURISDICTION
For any dispute regarding the interpretation, execution, or resolution of booking contracts to which these conditions apply, where Hotel Conca Verde is a party, the court of Brescia shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
GIFT BOXES
The hotel management will only provide the specified services upon presentation of the original Gift Box. In case of non-delivery, theft, loss, or destruction of the Gift Box, the right to use the service is forfeited.
For organizational reasons, Hotel Conca Verde accepts requests for Gift Vouchers with a maximum margin of 30 days from the requested arrival date.
BOOKING CONDITIONS:
Please read all conditions and cancellation policies carefully. To book a voucher, it is necessary to send all required codes and receive confirmation from the hotel.
Any changes or cancellations to the booking and specific conditions must be verified and agreed upon directly with the hotel management, as the provision of the service is subject to specific conditions.
It is the responsibility of the customer to verify these conditions at the time of booking. Hotel management disclaims any responsibility for the customer’s failure to verify these conditions.
Customers in possession of prepaid vouchers are advised to carefully check the specifics of each stay:
When a two-course dinner is mentioned, it includes a first and second course chosen by the hotel. Additional dishes can be added at an extra charge.
VOUCHER CANCELLATION
Up to fifteen days before the expected arrival: the registered gift voucher will remain valid for another stay at our hotel.
Within fifteen days prior to arrival, no changes to the arrival date will be accepted. If not presented on the scheduled date, the hotel will charge the full amount of the gift voucher (as a no-show), resulting in a total loss of the voucher. Upon notification to the hotel, the voucher can be used by someone other than the person who originally booked.
CLOSED PERIODS
Gift vouchers cannot be used during the following periods: Easter holidays, from August 1st to 20th, Christmas holidays, New Year’s Eve, Epiphany, and Valentine’s Day. For customers wishing to use gift vouchers during these dates, subject to higher pricing, an additional charge will be required to cover the full cost of the stay, subject to availability.
